- How does billing work?
- Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing page.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.
- Who can manage billing?
- Only organization admins can change plans or manage subscriptions. Team members see the current plan but cannot modify it.
- How is my data handled?
- Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore). Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card details. See our Privacy Policy for more.
- Can I upgrade inside the iOS app?
- No. The Snaplog iOS app does not offer in-app purchases. All subscription management is handled on the website by organization admins.
