When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and basic profile information provided by your authentication provider (Google or email/password). When you use YFI Global, we store your organization details, inspection data, and templates in Google Cloud Firestore.

2. Payment Information

Subscription billing is managed by organization admins on the website. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe may collect information necessary to process your payment in accordance with their privacy policy.

The YFI Global iOS app does not offer in-app purchases. All subscription management is handled on the website.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the YFI Global service
To manage your subscription and billing
To communicate important service updates
To improve the product and fix issues

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase/Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Firebase Authentication for identity management. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate YFI Global (Google Cloud, Stripe) and when required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account and all associated data by reaching out to our support team.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We may use essential cookies for authentication. We do not currently use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email.
