Frequently asked questions

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Sign in to the billing page at snap-log.app/account/billing. Only organization admins can change plans. Select the plan you want and follow the Stripe checkout flow.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the billing page and downgrade to the Free plan. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, then your organization reverts to Free.
Who can manage billing?
Only organization admins can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions. Team members can view the current plan but cannot modify it.
Can I upgrade inside the iOS app?
No. The Snaplog iOS app does not offer in-app purchases. All billing is managed on the website by organization admins at snap-log.app/account/billing.
How is my data handled?
Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
